High cost of butane. 2.CFC(CFCS) foaming: CFC damages the ozone layer; 3. Using butane and CFCS for foaming, it is not easy to adjust and control the size of foaming holes; 4. Chemical medium: the chemical medium is costly to use, toxic and cannot be recycled. The European Union and the United States have legislated against the use of chemical media for foaming. Advantages of carbon dioxide foaming sheet technology: environmental protection technology, low equipment investment, low operating cost, easy to adjust and control foaming hole size. Application of foaming products: insulation materials, sound insulation materials, moisture-proof materials, can be used in automobile parts, electronic products, food trays, agricultural plastic sheet materials, and building materials.
